At MLT, we create solutions by empowering our people to fulfill their passion for service. In support of our customer, we are seeking a Mid Staff Logistician supporting the JPM CBRN Integrated Early Warning (IEW) portfolio.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze Integrated Product Support (IPS) and Life Cycle Logistics management of assigned programs within the JPM CBRN Integrated Early Warning (IEW) portfolio.
  • Develop, review, analyze, prepare, and/or update studies, analyses, and program documentation.
  • Provide support to the product/project office for full life cycle management — development, procurement, fielding, and sustainment — applying DoD acquisition processes involving life cycle logistics.
  • Monitor product supportability requirements against established program requirements for cost, schedule, and performance.
  • Assist in milestone planning and reviews by providing logistics input to technical briefing materials, documentation, and integrated master schedules.
  • Interface and coordinate product support efforts with internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex logistics issues.
  • Participate in IPTs, Integrated Program Reviews (IPRs), and Milestone Reviews across the Material Solution (MS), Technology Maturation & Risk Reduction (TMRR), Engineering & Manufacturing Development (EMD), and Production & Deployment (P&D) phases.
  • Assist in creation and maintenance of type classification / material release and related acquisition documentation.
  • Update, create, and archive program information on the Joint Acquisition CBRN Knowledge System (JACKS), program shared drives, Microsoft Teams, and other repositories.
  • Develop life cycle sustainment plans, fielding plans, logistics demonstration plans, technical manuals, training packages, and other logistics-related deliverables.
  • Manage, review, and comment on Prime contractor technical manuals, validation efforts, provisioning data, and training packages; support technical manual verification events and logistics demonstrations.
  • Coordinate, facilitate, and record (agenda, minutes, actions) meetings.

Requirements

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, 3–7 years of experience with 2 years of Acquisition Logistics experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in CBRN defense, DoD acquisition logistics, and lifecycle management from design and development through procurement and sustainment — including requirements development, milestone planning, integrated product support, cataloguing and provisioning, total package fielding, property management, and maintenance.
  • Equipment and instruction training (e.g., operator and maintenance experience or certifications).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Defense Property Accountability System, Global Combat Support System, and Logistics Modernization Program.
  • Ability to maintain a U.S. driver’s license and operate a forklift; exceptional verbal and written communication.

Specific/Preferred Requirements:

  • Secret Clearance.
  • Foundational training in Defense Acquisition University (DAU) Lifecycle Logistics, or equivalent, desired.

Physical Demands / Work Environment:

Typical open-space warehouse environment; noise level may be high when operating power equipment. May regularly lift/move objects up to 50 pounds, and occasionally more than 100 pounds with team lift. May work in restricted spaces and be exposed to outside weather conditions when transporting materials.
