The Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) position is located in the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Mission Support in Washington, DC. Demonstrated ability to exercise authoritative and decisive leadership over and effectively manage a programmatically dynamic and complex organization. TQ 2: Ability to communicate expertly, both orally and in writing. Ability to deal effectively on an interpersonal basis with high-level officials, both within and outside the government and knowledge of key regulations and laws with relevance to supported missions and mission support functions.
