At MLT, we create solutions by empowering our people to fulfill their passion for service. In support of Program Manager Advanced Amphibious Assault (PM AAA), we are seeking a Configuration and Risk Management Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configuration Management (CM) operations: maintain CM Plans; analyze CM processes; develop measurements to monitor key CM phases; manage the CCB and Configuration Review Board (CRB); review drawings, CM CDRLs, ECPs, and TDPs; provide status reports per CDRL A011.
• Evaluate program artifacts; maintain and update a repository of Engineering Change Proposals and Deviations based on Configuration Control Board results.
• Assist in organizing and managing the PM AAA internal Configuration Control Board process; support Functional and Physical Configuration Audits.
• Support engineering and technical assessments of ACV Technical Reviews (preparing for reviews, adjudicating action items, tracking to close-out).
• Risk Management (RM) operations: maintain the RM Plan and process; conduct in-depth analysis; assess PQDRs; organize and manage the PM AAA internal Risk Management Board (RMB); maintain a repository of risks and mitigations per RMB results.

Requirements

Education/Experience:

• Four (4) years of related progressive professional experience including Engineering, Risk Management, and Management Information Systems.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Communication, Management, Sciences, Information Systems, or a related analytical/technical discipline preferred.
• Able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Specific/Preferred Requirements:

• Active Secret clearance (possession or ability to obtain).
• Strong analytical thinking and technical communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams; able to travel 10% of the time.
