In support of the Program Manager Advanced Amphibious Assault (PM AAA), we are seeking a highly skilled Product Support Manager (Logistics Management Information Data) / Logistics Analyst III to provide expert logistics and sustainment support for DoD acquisition programs.

This role directly supports Amphibious Combat Vehicle (ACV) Life Cycle Sustainment Planning and Management, working alongside the Government Project Lead and SME logisticians to ensure mission readiness and long-term sustainment success.

Responsibilities:

• Configuration Management: control and update Program and Product Support documentation; establish, review, and submit logistics documentation per PM AAA requirements.
• Requirements Development: identify and define logistics support requirements; support validation/verification and Technical Publications (I-Type documents, Technical Manuals/IETMs).
• Apply Condition-Based Maintenance Plus (CBM+) and Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) principles; conduct supportability analyses to optimize sustainment strategies.
• Participate in SETRs, WIPT meetings, and Life Cycle sustainment reviews; assess program documents and OEM deliverables for compliance.
• Author and enter Logistics Management Information (LMI) into authoritative databases; analyze TIRs and recommend changes to parts lists, supply chains, and maintenance arrangements.
• Develop and execute provisioning strategy (parts acquisition, cataloging, storage, inventory, disposal); support DMSMS, platform fielding, turnover, and TM validation; record minutes and progress reports per CDRL A001.

Requirements

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, or Engineering (desired) or equitable military experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in defense logistics, with at least 2 years supporting USMC or DoD acquisition programs.
• Deep understanding of the DoD acquisition life cycle and logistics policies.

Specific/Preferred Requirements:

• Secret Clearance preferred; ability to obtain Secret Clearance required.
• Prior experience supporting PM AAA, MCSC, or USMC acquisition programs; expertise in ACV and AAV7A1 sustainment.
• Proficiency with USMC logistics systems: GCSS-MC, TFSMS, L-DART; strong knowledge of DoD product support elements and IPS strategy.
• Ability to create and maintain ILS artifacts (LCSPs, Maintenance Plans, LSA records); hands-on CMPro/Windchill experience; support for ILAs and milestone reviews (Milestone C, FRP).
• Proficiency with Power Log-J, COMPASS, WEBFLIS, ASSIST, CATALYST, and SLICwave; excellent communication and analytical skills; familiarity with the twelve logistics elements.
