At MLT, we create solutions by empowering our people to fulfill their passion for service. In support of Program Manager Tactical Communications & Electromagnetic Warfare Systems (PM TCE), we are seeking JR, MID, and SR-level Acquisition/Program Analysts.

Responsibilities:

• Provide analytical support across engineering, science, business, financial, cost, or program management disciplines; develop and review acquisition documentation, reports, specifications, and procedures.
• Coordinate activities for programmatic decision events, milestone reviews, and program assessments.
• Conduct risk identification, develop mitigation strategies, and report/track risks per the program’s Risk Management Plan; support risk management working groups.
• Perform detailed schedule analysis (critical path, schedule risk) to develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS); deliver 30/60/90 Outlooks, Variance Reports, Past-Due Reports, and Milestone snapshots.
• Update program Fact Books; maintain the NSERC classified SharePoint site; manage program information in Government repositories; draft Naval Messages and Trip Reports.

Requirements

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Jr-level: 0-2 years; Mid-level: 3-6 years; Sr-level: 7-9 years of experience.

Specific/Preferred Requirements:

• Secret Clearance required for Mid and Senior levels; preferred / ability to obtain for Junior level.
• Working knowledge of DoD and Marine Corps acquisition policy (DoDI 5000.02, Adaptive Acquisition Framework, MARCORSYSCOM Acquisition Guidebook).
• Familiarity with AAP, ACAT programs, MTA, and OTA; proficiency with SharePoint and Microsoft Teams for program data.
