Description

FGS is seeking a Construction Security Escort / Physical Security Specialist to support physical security, facility modernization, and construction projects at the Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI) within the National Maritime Intelligence Center (NMIC) in Suitland, MD. The successful candidate will provide continuous escort services for uncleared construction personnel, vendors, inspectors, and visitors performing work within Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs) and other controlled-access environments.

Salary Band: $28-32/hr

Requirements

Required: U.S. Citizenship. Active TS/SCI clearance. Minimum 1 year experience supporting DoD, Intelligence Community, Federal Government, military, or secure commercial facilities. High school diploma/GED required, associate’s degree preferred. Valid driver’s license. Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office).

Desired: Previous experience supporting ONI, DoD, IC, or other classified federal facilities. Experience with SCIF construction/renovation projects. Military, law enforcement, corrections, or physical security background. OSHA 10-Hour Construction Safety certification.
