Description
FGS, LLC is seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) / Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC) Architect to lead the design, implementation, and modernization of enterprise identity and access management capabilities supporting Department of Defense and Intelligence Community customers. The architect will design scalable authentication, authorization, federation, privileged access management, and attribute-based authorization solutions (SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, PKI, CAC/PIV, MFA) supporting DoD Zero Trust Architecture initiatives, and will work closely with enterprise architects, cybersecurity engineers, and government stakeholders to integrate identity services across hybrid cloud and on-premises environments.
Salary Band: $170,000 – $180,000

Requirements
Required: U.S. Citizenship. Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 5 years designing/implementing enterprise IAM (Identity Governance, Federation, PAM, RBAC, ABAC). Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), LDAP, PKI, CAC/PIV, SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect. Familiarity with RMF, NIST SP 800-53, NIST SP 800-63. Active DoD 8570/8140 baseline certification (CISSP, Security+ CE, CASP+, CCSP, GSLC, or equivalent).
Desired: Active TS/SCI. CISSP. Experience with SailPoint, Ping Identity, Okta, ForgeRock, CyberArk, or similar IAM platforms. Experience with eMASS/ATO packages.
