Requirements
SECRET (or higher) clearance; 7+ years: defining/reviewing Navy & USMC combat system requirements; creating/executing test plans, procedures, scenarios; test/observation/problem reports; data collection; root-cause on C2 systems; test metrics. Knowledge of sensor systems, track management, EW, self-defense/weapon systems, tactical data links, requirements-DB tools, SharePoint/ClearQuest.
