Renewal by Andersen (RbA), the full-service window and door replacement division of Andersen Corporation, is hiring Sales Consultants (Design Consultants) in its Capital Region market serving the DC / Maryland / Virginia area. Sales Consultants conduct in-home consultations with homeowners, provide estimates, and present custom design and sales solutions for replacement projects. Leads are pre-set and pre-qualified (no cold calling), and new hires complete a multi-week paid training program. Most team members earn $200,000-$255,000 annually (uncapped, performance-based). Requirements

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred); valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle; 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience; strong written and verbal communication skills; availability to run homeowner appointments on many evenings and weekends.
