Requirements

 Required:

  • 3 years’ experience with systems engineering and the utilization of model-based systems and digital engineering processes, principles, techniques, and procedures.
  • Understanding of model-based systems engineering tools such as Cameo, Magic Draw, Rhapsody, and/or other SysML modeling tools.
  • Core MBSE Expertise – Proven background in systems analysis, data modeling, and creating complex system architecture diagrams using industry-standard MBSE tools (e.g., Cameo, Sparx EA).
  • Frameworks & Methodologies – Extensive hands-on experience generating DoDAF or UAF artifacts, with specific proficiency in data views (DIV-1, DIV-2).
  • Demonstrated proficiency in industry-standard MBSE tools (e.g., Cameo Enterprise Architecture, Sparx Enterprise Architect, or Siemens System Modeling Workbench) with a proven ability to generate DoDAF 2.02 artifacts and data models.

Desired:

  • Domain Knowledge – Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems; direct experience with Siemens Teamcenter and/or NPLM transitions is highly preferred.
  • Data Engineering Acumen – Strong understanding of data mapping, ETL processes, and interface control management.
  • Communication – Exceptional technical writing skills with the ability to translate complex data structures into clear System Design Documentation (SDD).

 

Education:

BS degree in Engineering, Math or relevant technical field is required.

 

Security Clearance:

Active Secret clearance required. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.
