Comfort Keepers of Fredericksburg is seeking an organized and personable Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of a busy in-home care office. This role keeps the office running smoothly and helps ensure clients, caregivers, and families receive responsive, professional support.
Responsibilities include answering phones and greeting visitors; scheduling and coordinating appointments; maintaining accurate records and files; data entry; assisting with caregiver and client paperwork; and providing general clerical and administrative support to the team. The Administrative Assistant also helps coordinate communication between the office, caregivers, and clients.

Requirements
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Professional written and verbal communication. Proficiency with common office software such as email, word processing, and spreadsheets. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and juggling multiple priorities. Prior administrative or office experience is preferred. Must be able to pass standard pre-employment screening.
