Overview:
We are seeking highly qualified Field Service Representatives (FSR) to provide technical support, on-the-job training, and hands-on maintenance services to support our mission-critical operations. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in vehicle or equipment maintenance, diagnostics, and repair—ensuring the highest standards of readiness and performance in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver hands-on technical support and troubleshooting for military-grade vehicles and systems.
Provide on-site maintenance services, system upgrades, and diagnostic evaluations.
Conduct on-the-job training (OJT) for foreign military personnel and junior technicians.
Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in maintenance procedures and best practices.
Document maintenance actions, warranty claims, system performance, and technical findings accurately.
Support program integration, logistics, and fielding operations as needed.

Requirements
Required Qualifications:
Prior military service with MOS qualification in one of the following:
91B (Wheeled Vehicle Mechanic)
915A (Automotive Maintenance Warrant Officer)
915E (Senior Automotive Maintenance Warrant Officer)
OR
Civilian certification equivalent to:
ASE Master Military Technician Certification
ASE Certified Master Automobile Technician
Demonstrated experience in vehicle or heavy equipment maintenance, diagnostics, and field repair.
Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and maintenance procedures.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; capable of training and mentoring others.
Ability to travel extensively and work in austere field environments.
Work Authorization Requirement: Due to U.S. Government contract requirements and applicable export control regulations, this position is limited to U.S. citizens. Candidates must also be able to obtain and maintain all required visas, work permits, and credentials necessary to perform work in Angola.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting military logistics or field maintenance operations.
Prior experience in contractor or OEM field service roles.
Familiarity with Army maintenance systems (e.g., GCSS-Army, SAMS-E, or similar platforms).
Experience with deployed operations
Fluent in Portuguese
