At MLT, we create solutions by empowering our people to fulfill their passion for service. In support of Program Manager Tactical Communications & Electromagnetic Warfare Systems (PM TCE), we are seeking JR, MID, and SR-level Systems Engineers.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, conduct, and coordinate detailed phases of engineering or scientific work in a project.
• Generate specifications or plans to support the development of acquisition documentation; support technical findings, opinions, or recommendations.
• Perform customer liaison, make presentations, attend customer meetings, and consult with stakeholders on technical applications.

Specific tasks may include:

• Coordinate and facilitate Systems Engineering Technical Reviews, including TRAPs, Technical Review Data Packages, summary reports, meeting minutes, action-item trackers, and event updates on Teams/SharePoint.
• Develop, review, update, and deliver SE documentation: Systems Engineering Plans and annexes, baseline documentation, Engineering Change Proposals, System Requirements documentation, and Work Breakdown Structures.
• Participate in Configuration Management activities; support the program ESOH process.
• Analyze user requirements and provide input to system specifications and RTMs, updating the RTM following each test event.

Requirements

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering field.
• Jr-level: 0-2 years; Mid-level: 3-6 years; Sr-level: 7-9 years of experience.

Specific/Preferred Requirements:

• Secret Clearance required for Mid and Senior levels; Secret Clearance preferred / ability to obtain required for Junior level.
• Working knowledge of DoD and Marine Corps acquisition policy (DoDI 5000.02, Adaptive Acquisition Framework, MARCORSYSCOM Acquisition Guidebook).
• Familiarity with Abbreviated Acquisition Programs (AAP), ACAT programs, Middle Tier Acquisitions (MTA), and Other Transaction Authority (OTA).
