Description

Renewal by Andersen (RbA), the full-service replacement window division of Andersen Corporation, is hiring Direct Marketing Associates (door-to-door canvassers) for its Capital Region market in the greater Jessup, MD / DC metro area. In this role you generate qualified sales appointments through door-to-door canvassing in an assigned territory, accurately record prospect and market data using RbA’s mapping and business applications, and represent the brand professionally. Base pay starts at $20/hour plus uncapped incentive; successful candidates are expected to earn $80,000-$90,000 on-target earnings (OTE) in the first year. Full-time. Requirements

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (or 2 years experience); valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; minimum age of 18; reliable transportation to navigate the territory; strong verbal communication skills; goal-oriented and self-motivated; able to navigate multiple platforms on a tablet; physically able to stand and walk 3-5 miles per day.
